My boy calls birthday cake "happy cake".
Today we need to make a happy cake.
We are lesbian- which in translation means - "celebrators of many anniversaries".
We celebrate the anniversary of when we started "dating" officially and the date of when we had a commitment ceremony. We celebrate birthday's, hopefully we will SOON celebrate adoption days, and just about any other day we can think of.
Add to the mix the day we were OFFICIALLY married under the eyes of the law in Canada and we have something to make happy cake for just about every month of the year!
Our official day of wedded bliss was November 19th in the Year of our Lord 2003. That's right. We have been married 7 years.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MY DEAREST!
On the night of our wedding we stayed in a motel room with 8 cats and 2 dogs and we had pizza for supper. We know how to celebrate weddings, but I don't think we will try to recreate that moment anytime soon.
